I feel like I should rename this list my 'mid list'... this was horribly predictable and not realistic at all. And there was plot, but they didn't resolve any of it? I can hardly even say it was cute... it wasn't all that bad, but it just felt like nothing really happened... and then there's the classic love triangle that makes no sense. Idk, just... meh
It was okay. I liked the dynamic but it felt Kind of one dimensional with hardly any complexity. At least it's one of my favorite tropes (seme chasing uke)
The dread for the other shoe to drop was excruciating the whole way... and their relationship is SO UNHEALTHY dear god!!!! But honestly I liked it anyway lol, I thought it was well written and I love a Whipped seme so ♀ sue me
I definitely love an obsessed seme, but this one just didn't really do it for me. He's obsessed in an "I'll isolate you from everyone and don't care if you're actually happy as long as you're mine" way which I do not love.
Also, I didn't feel there was a lot of chemistry, personally. The uke keeps calling the seme 'dude' lmao. And there wasn't really anything else to the story except the seme being obsessed with the uke and the uke thinking he's an asshole but still loving him
Why is everyone in this sooo dramatic oh my goodness. It was very sweet and wholesome, so it has that going for it. All in all, i think it was good. But things really got dragged out, and the humor wasn't really my style. I don't super love the group dynamics, but I thought the couples were nice.
