In the story, he owns an apartment complex and rents it out to the main lead (who’s originally the protagonist of the novel) along with his two younger brothers. Instead of being a typical villain, he gradually wins them over by being a kind landlord and taking care of them, often by feeding them. Over time, the ML becomes obsessed with the MC.
