A decade ago, zombies invaded the world. Many people died before they could learn how to fight back & annihilated them. Somehow the last zombie, Lee Dajeong secretly lives on under Dr. Lee's care. The innocent Dajeong thinks that he's sick, needs daily injection and can't eat any food except raw meat.
