I’m looking for the title of a story I read a while back (likely in 2024, and it was already complete). The premise is that a male character gets reincarnated into a novel as the villain. In the story, he owns an apartment complex and rents it out to the main lead (who’s originally the protagonist of the novel) along with his two younger brothers. Instead of being a typical villain, he gradually wins them over by being a kind landlord and taking care of them, often by feeding them. Over time, the ML becomes obsessed with the MC.
In Hosiks' story the ML didN'T rape the MC which was revealed later in the story, Hosik gave his permission when he was drunk and said he loves the ML. ML didn't force pregnancy on him either but rather coerced the MC to keep the child because MC is usually stubborn and he didn't want abort the child either, he was really scared of the surgery and was already starting to feel attached to his unborn child so that coercion/push from the ML actually saved him.
