It's okay! They are cute and have great chemistry, but the plot is nothing special. The fight scenes had me fighting sleep. And also, I hate how our FL avoided the original main character like the plauge, making her sad and lonely, justifying it by saying she doesn’t want to get involved with the original characters. But for some reason that doesn’t count for ML?

So dark, but so well written!! I love the art, story and main character. (Almost all the other characters suck, but that’s the point. They suck in like a very thought through and well written way). The aesthetic of this manhwa is just so cool.

This is a manhwa that doesn't need to rely on a crazy plot to be interesting. It is slow in the beginning and takes a while to get into, but when you get into it you really get into it. There's something so compelling about the characters and dynamics. I would call it sort of thought provoking even? Looking forward to how this will develop.

The best part about this manhwa is the artstyle and the absolutely gorgeous characters. I don’t know if it would be the same without it, to be honest. ML is meh, and his chemistry with FL is kind of non existent so far…

There’s not much to say about it. It didn't really bring anything new to the table. Sometimes it feels a bit cold and lonely, and the characters fall kind of flat. I feel like they have like copy and paste personalities. I often find this to be the case when reading romance Webtoons, unfortunately.

The art is SO good, and the character designs are great. I think that is the best part with this manhwa! Other than that it definitely has it's flaws, but it's still a very fun read.

This is 100% my favorite manhwa in this genre! It’s interesting, it’s unique, the FL is AMAZING, the artstyle is AMAZING and it makes me feel such strong emotions. The only critique I have is her relationship with Eckles. I hate romanticized master-slave relationships like that. It’s so problematic, and it makes me so uncomfortable.

This manhwa has my whole heart!!! I know the male lead seems mean, but he’s really just bad at communicating. He also seems scarier than he really is, because this is told from the FLs perspective. For obvious reasons she’s very paranoid and scared.
Update: I think they really downplayed her brother's abuse compared to the novel, and I don't know what to feel about it? Like how we get to see the flashback of his ‘sad backstory’ or his ‘reasons&rsqu

It's cliche, stupid and plain boring. It's not the WORST thing I've read, but it really was a pain to finish this. I hated the characters, the art, the plot, the writing.
