ML uses MC as a substitute for the guy he loves, MC ''dies'' in an accident and ML acts all edgy and uninterested while he's losing it by the second. MC comes back as a ''lookalike'' and ML does the same thing that drove MC away, He starts using the new MC as a substitute for his ''dead lover''. MC does not care about ML's suffering at all. It great seeing ML taste his own medicine, aka the cold shoulder.
MC gets sold off to ML, some random asshole shows up and says ''I fucked MC lol''. ML completely believes this no questions asked and MC never bothers to correct the misunderstanding. ML ruins everything dear to MC but he gets hurt one single time so MC throws himself at him because he definitely changed now.
ML uses MC as a second option until he learns that the guy he loved isn't dead. He gets angry at MC for saying that he died and throws him out. He learns that ex made MC say that for reasons and ML suddenly ''regrets and sad omg''
MC dies from an illness and ML kills himself because he doesn't have the balls to live with the guilt. They time travel and just when MC falls for the alternate ML who doesn't cheat he gets his memories back
