TLDR; FL is hunting down ppl that killed her sister so she went after heroes because they were the cause of it. FL then gets recruited by this other league where she spent most of her training arc with them before infiltrating the heroes to pick them off one by one. FL also has no empathy so shes ruthless which also means she dosent care who has to die in order for her to progress.
