I read it, but it didn't hit the way the other 2 gaming ones I've read did. Don't reread, not worth the time. Lots of extra trauma drama over a 2nd ML who has a "i will socially isolate my love so he only has me" type of mindset and again, very possessive ML who's insanely rich. Ends with ML getting to be a game dev for the game
Toxic with red flags.....but entertaining....I really like this one....like I've reread it 2 times already and the raws are up to Ch 70 ahhhh
1/10 I was hoping to see more gaming manwhas, but this one was BAD. The first 25 chapters were like watching a car crash in slow motion + boat loads of 2nd hand embarrassment. Then the psychotic ML started beating people up (and almost killing them) and the MC was like omg I luv u! The reasoning for why the ML liked the MC was very weak (oh this person was nice to me a in a game, let me proceed to text them 42 times a day)
Nice fluffy story of MC who meets ML in an online game while balancing a toxic friendship but 3/4 through the author decided that there needed to be toxicity for the sake of drama and then the series ended with a 1 chapter resolution. The ML is a loan shark and the MC was like oho I don't care so uh questionable. What I did like is how some of the MC's thoughts seemed like a real person instead of a caricature.
8.5/10 Such a lore filled story with lots of foreshadowing and consistency throughout different worlds. MC and ML are definitely complex characters and have an intense relationship.
