This list might have different variety of Disturbing ness, gore, fetish, kink, etc. in it but for me am gonna say that the plot and how the story line was made is very well done for me. Its not about the prn nor gore but the story itself. Am not into gore or some type of kink/fetish but this is the type of storys that i would actually say is really good again its only my pov. And i would praise the author because the storyline is really good. And reading some of the story might cause confusion on the first time trying it. But as you understand you will see how well done it is.
