MC is being stalked by a pervert who's down bad for him. I literally don't remember what happened in it but I think MC became okay with it after a while because his life was pretty shitty and ML did everything for him. From cooking to cleaning to giving presents.
MC saves ML from something but a random rat bastard lies that HE saved him. ML's only hobby is torturing and abusing MC but he makes one sad face and gives some cheap flowers so all is forgiven.
Rec: Read the start, skip the abuse, jump to ML regretting and close the manga. Whatever ending you can imagine is 100% better than the original.
