The artist has so much talent. Besides the character designs (men and women looking absolutely delectable), very cool concept and "demonic" designs. The plot and presentation are more horror-esque but you can expect action as it follows the system of government agencies managing special ability users.
Another tragedy plot :(
Bittersweet (the villain is really one of those true villains you are gonna really hate). Interesting system and world setup, but it's really the characters and their motivational that make this come together.
I think if you consider yourself "an artist" or can see it from that lens, it's an interesting approach to a kind of metaphor (I didn't really see the connection from that view but I think the end I took away from it more of what life meant to / how you see life
