The FL starts off as a nobody with royal or noble blood who has no power that has either regressed, possessed, or wants revenge. Other times it will start with the FL being all powerful, influential, and ruling the empire only to be betrayed and dethrone by the husband, friend, or a cunning mistress that wants to replace her. That eventually leads the FL to a path of revenge, regressing, and sometimes destruction of the Empire.
