Tbh, I love MC+Durante. They're my ship. I love everything about Durante. He's handsome, considerate, intelligent, strong+gentlemanly. I also really love the court ladies. They're a riot. Unfortunately, I hate ML+what's-her-name(edit: Can't believe I thought she was hot). ML intentionally tried to hurt+use MC multiple times but it flies cause MC either doesn't understand/it didn't affect her. Still, he MEANT to hurt her. ML's childish, blames others when he makes mistakes+refuses accountability.
Hm, unconventional storytelling for sure. It's told from the kid's perspective, which is unique, but we don't really get much of the story+the mother's barely in it? This reads like a father-daughter shoujo+the mother's a tag-along? It's not very interesting+I'll be a total unorthodox here and say, I don't love the art style? It's pretty+original but it just feels like it's hurting my eyes and giving me a migraine? Those defending child abuse, you're not edgy. It triggered my own similar trauma.
As a parent, how can you watch your son get tortured by your new partner, assault him mercilessly when he defends himself against said partner, allow your new partner to throw out everything about your dead wife+child's mother, say you hate your son+wish he was dead, look at your son as if he's scum+say, 'Let's be kinky+sexy+go in my son's room+have sex on his bed'. That shows you not only hate your son but also your dead wife to disrespect them sm. If he's scum, you must be publicly executed.
