the trashy playboy encounters the woman of his dreams and falls in love, and things unfold for the worse. woobin wants suji to love him back, seemingly blind to the fact that she uses the same exact techniques he uses to seduce women. it’s about obsession, it’s about control, it’s about love as a double-edged sword. i’m obsessed, though the pacing could be better. 10/10
completed. romance, modern fantasy (regression), drama
da-ae and han-eol are desperate to prevent their respective siblings from meeting each other, since their marriage will mean their deaths! a funny rom-com with unexpected twists, though i think the back half is a little disappointing. i absolutely love their bickering though, and their conflicts as two people with opposing world views felt so real. they have fun arguments, despite the convoluted plot!! 6/10
