People new to this ~ QT is basically a sub Genre of Transmigration aka isekai story where the main Character go from one world to another to complete task. QT basically comes with System (Mostly), where MC is host connected by system and has to complete the given task and then go to next world to do the same. These worlds are set into arcs.
This can be taken as lots of different story and world in one manga but with same MC. Most cases ML are also same soul, following MC to different worlds.
