We started off strong. REEEEALLY STRONG, but we ended up mediocre. The ML is super kind and treats the FL like she deserves to be treated. However, his looks are average. That's okay, though! The story is still decent without characters with jaw-dropping aesthetics. He's sweet and respects women.
The king's bf is not beautiful at all. Idk who inflated his ego THAT much, but they need to provide him with a clean mirror cause clearly the one he uses daily is caked in dust or shattered the fuck up.
+ Why is this "woman transmigrates into a BL" trope always so... bland? It's always about harems or the ML turns straight and becomes obsessed with the FL (the ones I've read). Realistically, there's no way that's how that would go. 1.8
Idk. I really did not vibe with this one. It gave me a headache to read, and I even gave it a second chance after dropping it at 97 chapters. Low and behold, 111 chapters later and I still could barely get through the plot. It might be cause of the art or something, but I have an inkling that it's because of how boring it is to me. I refuse to gas this. One fucking star. Idc how many people tell you that this is worth 5 stars. Read it for yourself.
The translations got so bad that I decided to drop this. I'm sure the storyline is really good, but because of the translations, it's hard to follow along. I do understand that the Duke sucks balls and should never get to lay his eyes on the MC again. 1 star.
PICKED IT BACK UP DESPITE THE TITLE. This manhwa made me realize that transl really influence the perception of the story. The floozy got ate up and felt satisfying, but they shoulda threw her in the dungeon. Still 1
Now, why the FUCK did I think this was a historical manhwa when I added it to the list? Idk, but what I DO know is that this is so... eh that it can be considered decent. Like, I didn't get attached to any of the characters or the story. It was intriguing at the beginning, but they threw Haeyoon in the mix. That part felt forced. The kidnapping felt so outta place that I actually forgot about it. Oh, wow... 2
This honestly doesn't even deserve a star. Apparently, this was supposed to be a story about two twins breaking the shackles that their abusive mother bound them with. Yet, it turned into a shitshow. We gradually lose sight of the male twin and focus entirely on the female. To add insult to injury, she marries their guardian spirit, which is mostly her bro's guardian... so it's like marrying her bro. She became the guardian's priority.
