my fav yaoi cultivation. this is how murim bls should be: full of adventure, martial arts, mystery, with slowburn romance. the author's greatest strength imo is how they create complex characters (& motivations), dynamics/relationships, and dialogues, and integrate these into excellent and equally compelling plot/drama w/out being contrived/awkward; altho the murim world itself is basic, it serves as a vehicle for the themes and various characters' stories.
tbh I think it's better than charlotte and her five disciples, the author's other work
it's badass mc/murim/martial arts/revenge/interesting cast of charas. the unique art style gives it an edge over other similar manhwas. there's romance, but i kinda like it
