MC was a mage with an issue in his body that didnt let him use mana, but his mother's keepsake reacts with a dragon skeleton to let him regress and unlock a game screen thing. He goes and becomes stronger rheough his dragon blood and quests eventually getting wrapped up in bigger things concerning the world. Started getting convoluted past season 1 ngl.

I love the art for the MC specifically

Hunterverse. MC gets "unlucky" skills. He gets impossible rank communication, visited and visits OP people, recieves OP stuff. Everyone goes "woah he's strong" and MC just brute forces everything through luck with help of gacha giving him connections to OP past figures.

Story on smaller scale cringey, but the larger picture one seems really intriguing.
