a very niche list that i think won't be updated often, which i'm actually hoping and glad for, because if you write a bl romance and it ends up here, well... reflect on your storytelling abilities and stuff. obviously, my judgement on bl being included in this list would have to rely on the dynamic of the main leads all throughout the story and the personality of each.
