there's something special about this action fantasy; there are no elements of rebirth or transmigration to hold the story up and provide excuses for plot developments. There's just a well-written, no-nonsense mc and a high-stakes storyline that just keeps getting better. This should be the standard of the genre I think

Just satisfying to read. The MC makes logical choices and has a refreshing outlook on heroism that just makes this story so easy to follow. A simple concept done so well
