This story has a very engaging and intelligent main character who you can't help but root for. The writing of the other characters isn't neglected either and the political conflicts that make up the main plot don't feel forced or unrealistic. A great representation of the genre that's hard to put down

Deals with how heavy the label of 'hero' can be to a person, especially when the world is counting on them. The story contains classic 'weak->strong' and 'past knowledge' tropes. The original art style is unique from others of it's genre (which I thought was sick) but a warning; it has changed artists in the recent chapters

(SA warning) A HISTORICAL THAI STORY!! There is so much packed into this work, with Thai dishes, folklore and history included in a well-written plot. All of the characters are interesting and the pacing of the story is incredible . I love this story. Badass mc too
