Light hearted shounen ai not yaoi, but the top and bottom give me vibes of them being equal. The MC used to have a potato face and worked hard to look good and gain popularity. Until in comes the ML who is mr perfect and MC hates being compared to him and how he has to try so hard while the other dude has it easy. The ML is a narcissist and falls for the MC when he mistakes the MC's obsession as being in love with him. Hilarity ensues.
