a very, very pleasant read. its nothing ambitious: as always, fl just wants to live her life quietly. but this time, she does. fl is a treat omg, she's so sweet, treats everyone like her grandchildren, and its kindness done RIGHT (thoughtful, not flashy, and in some cases takes a whole arc to pay off), and she's a realistic representation of being reincarnated. who would be comfortable having a stranger wash their face??? no ml yet.

the fl is super duper nuanced, and my heart genuinley broke for her considering how bad she wanted to escape from this marriage. this manhwa is FULL of ml POV and i luv it so so much, it cleans up misunderstandings from the get-go and makes the character's actions all that much more ironic. the pacing of the romance is sorta weird(?) but the plot itself, despite being a generic revenge, is really really good.

super super underrated omfg. everything down to the melancholic ending is amazing, thank god for the side stories lol. the entire story happens in literally one setting: yet somehow it never stalls, every chapter's new twist feels earned and characters can have meaningful, story-driven conversations for 3+ chapters and you won't even notice it. impeccable writing and you heart will shatter for this fl.
