This is 'The Most Ordinary Love Story' but the guy is a trash and a fuckin' cheater. He deserves everything that happened to him. I cried a lot the first time I read it but now is my second time so I cried less. It still hurts though. I really felt sorry for the main character and for the doctor. If only his lover just treated him well until the end the story will just be 'TMOLS' a happy couple but fight sometimes. I'll definitely reread it again if I wanna feel sad

I read this story twice now and I can say that it's still worth rereading over & over. It was one of my comfort manhwa on my college days (4th yr). Even though the story is very much like an highschool love story of two boys but still it's heartwarming and I really love the seme and uke. I love the mc the most coz of his strong personality, if it would be me I would never ever confess and just hide my feelings let along bet with my crush about something.

I really love their story even if someone will say that this is boring to them since it's too soft like purely highschool love story, very opposite to popular manhwa w/c contains hardcore yaoi including rape. This story is very refreshing and very ideal for me, like I don't think gay people receive this kind of love. It's very rare to find a love story like this and both of them are so precious, innocent and lovely. I'm so happy for the both of them. They deserve everything.
