Then she gets upset, gaslights herself that she was overreacting and the moment the ml is at her door again apologizing she immediately forgives him

This is so nostalgic because its one of my very first isekai type mangas, however I remember something went wrong in the plot (she got with her brother or something idk I dont really remember, but something was problematic)
