Obviously one of the most well known QUEENS of reverse harem stories. The art is fire, the men are hot, the relationships are deliciously complicated, the slow burns are satisfying, the politics are interesting but not too confusing. Can’t go wrong.
If you’re not into Game System stories, I’m not sure if you’ll like it. The unique thing here is that the Game System is not for our FL but the OG!FL and our villainess can only observe her choices and react accordingly. Give it a shot.
A bit more of a “junk food” true harem. The characters can range from one-note to a little goofy and, despite there being a plot about rising to Empress status, should not be taken that seriously. The harem collecting is ridiculously short and the FL is a mixed bag where you’ll either find her obnoxious or a riot to watch. The most interesting part is watching the harem try to get along as the FL doesn’t really manage it at all.

I am only OBLIGATED to add this to the list because it is a true reverse harem… but not a good one.
If you’re into a female lead getting constantly assaulted by men, both outside and in her harem, and having her deal with her harem like they’re a bunch of children, be my guest to this.
There is only ONE good guy in the harem and then the author ruined him by having him rape the FL because he was under hallucinogens. I don’t care if that’s a spoiler, fuck this series.
According to novel spoilers, though the webtoon hasn’t caught up yet, this is a True Harem Ending. I suspect it’s at the very end though, so only try this if you enjoy a slow burn.
And I mean SLOW BURN. As of adding, there are 122 chapters and we got two proposals. The FL is not typical either, painfully human in her powerlessness, and the plot is slow. Almost diary-esque snapshots of her life.
Also there are three men… but only 2 will be harem’d. Try with trepidation of your fav losing.
Another well known princess of true reverse harem, Chitra is a gacha game reverse harem story. Honestly speaking, her feelings for her men are vague at the moment but there are kisses galore and polyandry is legal in the story. The boys constantly bicker for approval.
Storywise, it’s slow on the world building and people have been turned off by the FL’s character. It focuses for a LONG time on our character’s territory before expanding to new characters. If that’s alright, give it a go.
Don’t let the ongoing tag fool you. The story is actually complete.
A surprise True Harem that I did not expect back when I started reading this years ago. Our FL ends up with three men at the end and you can pretty much guess who they are at the start. However, romance is not really a focus for a LONG time. You’ll get the development (sort of) at the final third.
Story has a strong start but sort of meanders to slice of life in the middle. Plot picks back up at the end. A 3/5 for me.
I got up to chapter 113 before adding this here but the true reverse harem doesn’t even happen there yet. This is one of the most UNSATISFYING true reverse harems I’ve tried to slog through. It’s similar to Beauty and the Beasts except the men are actually respectable but the trade off is you have an initially MONOGAMOUS FL. Truly pissing everyone off; those that wanted her to be with one man got blind-sided by the harem. Those that want harem have to watch her reject it for AG
