cuz like i can relate man. also i read a few of these types (tho usually professional and not family) & they always hit hard. if you want really hard hitting elderly stories the most oof 1 i've found is 'Grass' by Gendry-kim Keum Suk. the stories of comfort women from an interviewer/novelist who'd hang out with them in the care home. that shit left a MARK
