Prequel to Pinocchio (below), about the first living person that the ghost kid meets. It stands on its own somewhat, but you really need to read this one to fully appreciate the follow-up.
These two are both shoujo and manhwa (calling that out because it's somewhat unusual in this list).
A girl picks up a necklace that allows her to see the ghost of a boy who has lost the memories of his life. At first it seems like the story is all about her, but eventually we learn that people are more connected than they realize.

But you have to jump through some hoops to get access to the forum where they post it. Dunno if that helps, but that's where I found it.
