Interesting premise but it falls short i.e. the beggining is really good and refreshing for a long time I haven’t seen a ML who also basically had no power and had to undergo abuse while not being able to anything because it creates a sense of compassion between the leads like yeah they don’t have power but they are together and they are smart so let’s go get that power, like a guilhotine always hovering. However, after season 1 this cut throat atmosphere falls so hard I swear
