So MC has prejudice against heros. But he fell in love with a girl ( who doesn't really have any powers) without knowing realising that her family is one of top hero families.

Mc lost the heir battle so he couldn't bcm the head but after that his sect was attacked and annihilated. He survived bcm machinery and then when he bcm old he regressed back to his younger self at time of heir battle. From there he decided he'll do anything to save his sect and father. Mc and his father's relationship is quite good see no toxicity no misunderstanding. He loved his son in previous as well as this life but he is tsundae so he doesn't show
