This was a very intriguing read for me. Yes, there is romance as it is a BL. But the whole story feels more like a mystery hypothetical what if situation, as the MC has getting deteriorating Alzheimer's he finds a way of telling his past self things through an old diary to change the past and stop his friend(ML2) from being murdered.
