Im considering dropping this. The ml is literally sadistic and traumatized the fl because he thought she was smiling too mich and then wondering why she didnt like him and was faking her affection for him around him. Im angry at how much the fl has to deal with: a stalker wannabe sister-in-law, a psycho fake brother, and creepy old men from High society… she needs to get out of there fr… if she ends up w/ the ml and he has no redemption then i’m gonna be really mad
All the placeholders have been pissing me tf off… so im going to wait for a while before i pick it back up. There were literally six placeholders at one point, like at that point just stop uploading… but the story itself is really nice and makes me wanna sob for the both of them. Left off ch.32
This tackled a lot of issues: r4pe (especially with the stigmas of a male victim), body dysmorphia, and generational trauma. But it also highlighted these in a way that didnt just brush over them, but the characters worked theough their struggles and were their own people, flawed as they may be. It was somewhat draggy in someparts and i didnt like how they made the mirror the love interest of the little girl. (The stepmother is becoming really annoying-dropped)
The translations suck rn, so im waiting for the officials. Seems really funny though :)
