Manga I’ve never read through more than once… for some reason

I could explain my reasons, but not rn.
I made this shit in February? Damn, my lazy ass really put this off. There. That's my reason.
Also, a lot of this ended up being manhwa and not manga lol (I don't reread them often, unless I really really liked it). I'll give brief reasons as to why I haven't reread them. Some reasons are certainly stupider than others, but some, I feel, are pretty justified.
(*secret corner* there might be a few I may have reread once years ago, shhh!)
Genre(s): Drama / Romance / School Life / Shounen Ai / webtoons
My only memory is that one page had Pepe the Frog on the actual manhua artwork. It was funny, goodbye, everyone.
Also, I think they had unfortunate misunderstandings, maybe? I remember a parting scene that was fairly dramatic (as in, they missed their chances to confess?), but I don't know any specifics.
