Little to no drama about it as they accept and love him for who he is, but it's dealt with SO well emotionally

Her father/og's beloved servant naturally learn that she's not her original self, without confession (a lot of angst) + she openly talks about it to her love interest since the beginning and at the end of the story to other characters
There's a very brief part of the story where his friends learn about his previous life (don't remember if his family ever learns about it)
MC transmigrated into a young master's body and later multiple characters find out that he's not his original self (they all accept it)
MC transmigrated into a Wudang disciple's body and I think it was at the very end/side story (that's like 100+ chapters long) but his master and friends learn about it (and the fact that he was actually their enemy) when they die/ascend. The original disciple is actually later present in the afterlife and interacts with them a few times.
