Yeap, you read that right. Crazy characters who are sociopathic or psychopathic in nature. There’s a mix of BL & BXG romance. Sometimes I add in crazy female leads because they’re so out of the ordinary that they deserve to be part of this list. You’re welcome!

Another classic psychopathic crazy male lead. This is one of my favourites. The ending might leave a bitter taste in your mouth though if you dislike innocents being murdered
KinnPorsche is a Thai BL series, but I think it’s one of the best out there so far, with a pretty masculine crew. The second ML is legit crazy as he confined the MC’s side kick, and warning: no happy ending for them. Ep 11, 8 mins in, 17 mins in EP 12 26 mins Ep 13 12 mins
