The very first story I read. My heart holds it dear.
An enchanting story.
Basically, she ended up with Daniel in the main story. Other bonus chapters are just alternate endings (fanservice idk).. Quite enjoyable. I really love the FL. But the ending is little disappointing.. I hope they show more closure between FL and her brother (more warm affection coming from her brother prince), more sincere apology and regret coming from her father king, and that she kept her hair blonde as a tribute for her sister or smthg (I mean it is literally her sister's body).
Pure, straightforward romance. Nothing political about it, no unnecessary power struggle plots, no elaborate mysterious higher power realm, no extraordinary shallow plot to make the FL super intelligent or capable or altruistic.. As if those were the only justifications for women to be 'worthy' of love. ML just love FL for who she is. Really enjoyed the reading!
I cried really hard at Lalisa's abuse and PTSD scenes. It broke my heart. She is just 6yo. Marcia's backstory broke my heart too. Marcia sets out to save a broken Lalisa, without realising that she's broken too... Glad both sisters had their happy ending. Such a heartwarming stories between sisters.
I actually really, really love this story. I love how she struggled to accept both her son and husband are not like normal people (low empathy vs she is high empathy). I love how she accepted them after seeing how broken her son is without her, and that she even proposed to practice ingesting poison (a custom of theirs) to be a part of their family too . Every part of this story is brilliantly unfolded. A story worth reading indeed.
Amazingly good! I am really glad the story was centred around FL and ML. I was initially worried the story contained too much of other love rivals (reverse harem were mentioned) and not enough screentime for ML. Glad that Leann chose Abel. (Hypothetical side story) Would be amazing if Leann and Abel have a daughter that will fall in love with the angel, Cain. He suffered enough heartache in his lifetime too.
