Marissa is probably THE most awful, evil, and just inhumane villain I've ever seen. I love that they didn't give her a "redemption story"/that they gave her some sob story; rather, she was just born evil, and was irredeemable; she didn't and would never change--she didn't see a need to. She can't change her nature. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being a mean character, and 10 being the worst of the worst, she's 10000/10
Hoe-sephine (the "Saint", FL's "mother"): 9000/10 - She is the very definition of evil. She's basically a dictator, and she's extremely sadistic, and she has narcissistic personality disorder.
Tenoah: 1000/10 - one of Hoe-sephine's fake wings. He's a mass murderer with sadistic personality disorder.
Floa is a solid 1000/10 villain. She LITERALLY ATE a goddess! (trying to become one as well). She's delusional, manipulative, narcissistic, callous (lacks empathy for anyone), tyrannical, and plain EVIL. She's almost on Marissa's (from The Dragon King's Bride) level of evilness! This monster was BORN one; she didn't BECOME evil.

The Duke: 10/10
Bio "parents": 1000/10 each; this is for so many reasons, including but not limited to: they planned it all out from the beginning--her life, her death, and even her birth. It was all meant for her "sister". (They created her to use as a human sacrifice to strengthen Ellie's powers if they manifested; if not, she'd be her maid). She was profoundly starved of affection, severely abused, and neglected since she was born.
