The villains I'll include will be those that I find the most awful, scary, unsettling, evil, and shockingly vile villains. 
I will also give them a "score" of how evil I find them. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being a mean character, and 10 being the worst of the worst (serial killers, psychopaths, child/animal rapists etc.)
