kids in high school are committing crimes like crazy- new president gets elected and comes up with the idea of a “rehabilitation” center where they take troubled kids and treat them horribly.
this follows a pair of brothers who were orphaned, one gets adopted by a political figure, while the other gets sent to this prison for murder-which he’s innocent of. He has to work to fight in the prison while his brother is secretly dismantling it from the outside.
