I like how it doesn’t really segue to romance immediately, we get some bits and pieces about it. Tho I’m happy it focuses on the development of the FL and ML is so cute!
I always see father and daughter stories of this type of setting/plot, so it’s refreshing to see this mother to daughter moments that involves both parties learning the ways of being a family and ofc all the comrades as well, to be able to provide support all way for their captain!

So refreshing to read a BL hunterverse is not all about 18+ scenes, i do love some smexy scenes but to fray away from the actual plot takes the fun out of it

I liked the strategies description even though I dont do well with strategy stories but this made me like them, although (dont come for me) I disliked how it slowly focuses to romance ( i know its important to lore and such) but for now ill marinate it for a bit
