Best BLs with supernatural (ghosts, monsters…) + terror

One of my faves!! (The reason I started liking this genre)
protagonist is an author of a horror novel and the ghost come to live to his neighbor
supernatural bl with comedy and horror (ghosts are kinda scary)
I love their relationship and personalities
unique and amazing art style (I love it so much)
it ended so I suddenly and the author promised side stories but there was none

no horror/terror
