Love when the panic sets in and they're hit with an "oh fuck..." moment when they realize they've fallen for a guy. My favorites are the minor crises that ensue but I fuck with them also fully embracing their newly realized orientation, too. 
Bonus points if they insist they're straight and then are unavoidably and aggressively turned on
