green flag ml!!! there is a tad bit of drama, but it gets resolved fairly quickly later on and the focus of the plot is on fl's self-growth and realizing that she has to put herself first and let her toxic family go, with the help of ml. fl only wants to be loved and ml genuinely loves her so much it starts with a reckless one-night stand but blossoms into a marriage with intrigue and respect for each other
this is giving so much angst but the plot is cooking help, I still have to read it
so as the set up goes fl is ordered to poison ml, by his evil brother- as fate has it she is discovered by ml and she swiftly reacts by throwing the poison on his face, which inevitably blinds him. shaken up by guilt, she decides to get employed as a maid and serve him- now struggling with addiction and pain. her growing feelings are getting dangerous, as time will only tell when suspicion will eventually arise
I LOVE MC'S CHARACTER SO MUCH, she is honest, and wants her gold, so who can blame her??- poor girl gets mistreated by the family of her husband but a miracle in the form of amnesia comes which is why she immediately bombards him with divorce papers. what she feels iffy about is that her trashy husband seems completely different- and as fate has it, his new soul belongs to a famous mage family?
