Slice of life/school life series with at least 100 votes that frequently switch ratings between 9.4 and 9.5.
Subject to change as ratings change. Series will be moved back to 9.5+ lists if the rating goes 9.6 or above; series will be removed altogether if the rating drops to 9.3 or below.
