Ecchi/harem series with at least 100 votes that frequently switch ratings between 8.9 to 9.0.
Subject to change as ratings change. Series will be moved back to 9.5+ lists if the rating goes 9.1 or above; series will be removed altogether if the rating drops to 8.8 or below.
