This list has one of the best villains that I've read so far in this site —and I'm not talking about reincarnated villains or main villainess who suddenly becomes good, outsmarts the people around them and takes revenge on those who wronged them. I'm talking about batshit crazy psycho antagonists who are pure evil and who can actually outsmart the main characters, someone that can get into your nerves and wish them de4d. Cuz the crazier the antagonists, the sweeter the revenge.
