BLs where (usually) one of the protagonists struggles with his sexuality or is prejudiced against homosexuals without realizing or wanting to admit that he himself is gay. This kind of characters will sometimes push away the one they love, they'll refuse the possibility of them being in love with a man and will say harsh, homophobic things that might be triggering, so please be careful.

Their behavior is the result of their environment, be patient with them.
