Wow. Very complex with the start being very angst then taking a realistic turn to explore trauma and war and trying to move on knowing it’s what you need not want. Lots of verity of tears.
Read this years ago and forgot…or more like blocked it from my memory because OMG just reading the last t chapters has my nose blocked, eyes streaming and cheeks red. I’m trying this through my mouth as I can’t breath. DEATH TO the BASTARD I didn’t even know his name. 3 people lives ruined as someone said. 2 lovers dead in his wake. Sooooo sad. No one happy. Me included. But that’s also what makes it so good.
