The whole family basically emotionally (or physically) abused her, bringing her to depression to the point of suicide, ML included (yep, he's her stepbrother). The Marquis' family even killed her 'sisters' (prostitutes from her brothel) and when she finds out she does a 180 turn. Other than this the ML also regrets not protecting her from the abusive 2nd brother: at one point he finds them when he was trying to rape her.

AU ML regrets how he treated her when they were married and not being able to save her when she tragically died together with their unborn child. He now has to see her live a happy life with ML of this world.
2nd ML also eventually learns of his AU!self's actions towards the FL when they were married (he essentially took away their child from her) by seeing her memories and regrets it
ML regrets trying to kill FL to revive his brother, AT THE END OF THE NOVEL after they fell in love and everything. He also almost killed her beloved father who was trying to protect her. Yeah, fuck him :) she forgave him way too easily

2nd ML was forced to marry FL, he agreed but treated her like shit and even took in his side chick as a concubine. FL was really in love but eventually lost her memories and developed a romance with ML. 2nd ML spent the rest of his life in regret

2nd ML was her husband in her previous life: he continued neglecting her and forcing himself on her to have an heir for 10 years, not caring about the fact that each pregnancy brought her closer to death. He's the one who turned back time and regrets how their relationship went (we're supposed to believe that he just misunderstood the situation?!), but has to watch her move on with the ML
(2nd ML)
2nd ML (emperor) and FL got married, but he treated her like shit and favored his concubine (cause she resembled his mother, ew). At one point he gets jealous of ML (FL's basically declared lover) and tries to legally (lol) force her to sleep with him. FL wasn't having it, and at one point follows the title and surrenders her position to then marry the ML. He regrets it and dies by his concubine's hand, KARMA
