I don't remember much about the story, but I do remember loving her relationship with her adoptive father and their banters. Their interactions actually had depth
The family was extremely cute, but what really stood out to me was how they accepted and supported her without hesitation when finding out about her previous life
The father in this story loved her unconditionally. Due to some complicated reasons, the people in that world have been conditioned to love the FL, and when this 'brainwashing' disappears all of them feel awkward at best towards her. But that's not the case with her dad! He not only traveled dimensions to take her back when she was dragged back to her og!world, but he accepted her for who she really is and continued to love her despite everything even afterwards
My undeniable favorite with a FL. Both her father and her other father figure, Oscar, have demonstrated that they would readily give up their happiness and even their life in exchange for hers. They're both so selfless and loving when it comes to her that my heart hurt. My favorite though was Oscar, who protected her at all costs and loved her unconditionally even during her tragic first life, when they were just strangers to each other
The father-daugter relationship was not THAT more outstanding than others, but I do love how he readily accepted her regardless of finding out that she's a grown ass adult instead of the young girl she appeared as
This might not be my absolute favorite story with a FL in this list, but the psychology of the characters is undeniably the best. The complete breakdown of the sweet father upon discovering that the FL is not his daughter was excruciatingly tragic to read, and so was was reading about the poor already traumatized FL who became the target of his hatred. I felt genuine affection for these two characters and it was SO good how they rebuilt their broken relationship from ashes
The FL is going to have one or two more father figures, but her relationship with her favorite dad, a servant whom she calls her 'mom' (lol) is just SO good. FL became so emotionally drained and depressed, both due to trauma from her previous life and due to the knowledge that she's going to die soon, and her 'mom' was the first light in her life. He's so heartwarmingly devoted to her
FL's parents are the best! They're not the stereotypical cold northern duke dad x perfect gentle ethereal (dead) mom, they're just two generic parents and people who just happen to love their terminally ill daughter to the stars and back. There were more than one scene that actually made me cry .
There is also the dragon, who's basically her adoptive dad, and he's so cute as well! He would do anything for her, and she's just a tiny human he met one day
